2 Eggs
1/2 cup Wheat flour (can also use maida)
1 small Onion (chopped in small pieces)
1 small Tomato (chopped in small pieces)
1 Pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
Mix wheat flour with water to make dough similar to what is used for making roti/chapati.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, and roll each of them into thin roti/chapati.
Beat the eggs and put chopped onion, tomato & salt in it. Mix it well.
Put the pan on stove with its flame at medium. Put oil on it for greasing and then put one rolled roti/chapati on the pan. Flip it after 30 seconds. Then pour half of the egg mixture on the roti/chapati. Make sure that it is evenly spread out on the roti/chapati. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip it once more and then take it off the pan after 30 seconds.
Now put tomato sauce on the side, which has egg. Spread it with a spoon.
Roll it so that egg and tomato sauce is on the inner side.
And the roll is ready.
