Sabudana Pakora

Ingredients

1/2 cup sabudana/sago
3 medium sized potatoes (boiled)
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method

Soak the sabudana in water for 1-2 hrs so that it softens.
Drain the excess water nicely so that no extra water is left.
Now mash the boiled potatoes and mix with the sago and rice flour.
Add the green chillies, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
Take small quantity of mixture and make round balls and fry them.
Fry on medium heat so that the pakodas cook properly and gets golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney/ketchup.
