100 gm Tofu (soya paneer)
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp amchur
salt to taste
oil for frying
Cut the tofu in small cubes.
Mix the rice flour, salt, cumin powder and amchur with water to make a batter.
The batter should be thick enough to coat the tofu pieces.
Dip the tofu cubes in the batter and fry.
Serve hot with green chutney/ketup.
