Tomato Soup

Ingredients

500 gms Tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp pepper (freshly ground)
2 tbsp butter
few mint leaves
salt to taste
water

Method

Cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
Heat butter in a pan and add chpped garlic.
Saute it for a while and add the cut tomatoes and mint leaves.
Cook till the tomatoes are tender.
Now, cool it and mix in a blender.
Heat it once again adding ground pepper and salt and serve hot
